The following upgrades can be done on any floor plan in the community. If the home is sold presale, the buyer has no limit on the upgrades listed. If the home is already under construction, Pillar Development will work with the buyer to get the upgrades installed, but reserves the right to decline if upgrade affects the schedule or can’t simply be done due to phase of construction.
