The following upgrades can be done on any floor plan in the community. If the home is sold presale, the buyer has no limit on the upgrades listed. If the home is already under construction, Pillar Development will work with the buyer to get the upgrades installed, but reserves the right to decline if upgrade affects the schedule or can't simply be done due to phase of construction.

POPULAR EXTERIOR UPGRADES

  • Additional Exposed Aggregate Flatwork – Patios or Driveways
  • Landscaping Upgrade – Three extra planter beds with shrubs in rear yard
  • Additional fencing

  • Additional Stone Veneer (up to belly band on garage wall only)
  • (4) Electrical outlets in eaves for Christmas lighting (switch in coat closet)
  • Additional electrical plugs on exterior walls
  • Dedicated electrical circuit for hot tub – installed with blank cover

POPULAR GARAGE UPGRADES

  • 2’8” x 6’8” Fiberglass man door on side of Garage (includes exterior light, exterior concrete pad – 4’x4’)

  • Paint garage door to match body color
  • Paint garage doors to match body color (Sequoia plan)
  • Dedicated 220V circuit in garage – installed with blank cover
 

POPULAR INTERIOR UPGRADES

  • Floor coverings and countertops have plan-specific budgets. Color selections are done at Permacolor Interiors, and any upgrade costs are negotiated with Permacolor Interiors.
  • Stainless steel refrigerator to match standard appliances (installation and ice maker hookup included
  • Gas stub for dryer
    Interior walls painted one color – buyer’s color choice, different than standard wall color
